I do not know what it is like in the US but here it is quite expensive and dental insureance does not cover everything, that is why my friends fly to poland to one of their clinics, as with NHS it is quite slow and then with private dentists the prices kill! I would like to have it all done cheaper and well but here I have no chance. Karen
