I have to agree with Lodelk, dental crowns are the best choice for restoration of tooth's shape and strength and any dental crown that has a porcelain surface can be used as a means to idealize the cosmetic appearance of a tooth.

You can also , if you have money and do not want to queue with NHS, use the clinic I fly to and have it done well and cheaper.
